Internship Description
Do you enjoy planning, organising, and delivering projects? As an IT Project Management Intern, you'll gain hands‐on experience supporting Australian companies in coordinating IT projects from initiation to delivery. Typical tasks may include:
* Assisting project managers with planning and scheduling tasks
* Supporting communication between technical teams and stakeholders
* Preparing project documentation and progress reports
* Helping track budgets, timelines, and risks
* Participating in project meetings and contributing to outcomes
Knowledge & Skills
As this is an internship role, we welcome applications from university students and recent graduates. The following knowledge and skills will help you succeed:
* Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
* Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Good communication and teamwork abilities
* A proactive mindset with eagerness to learn in a professional environment

Eligibility
This program is open to international students and graduates who are:
* Currently studying or recently completed a degree in IT, business, project management, or a related field
* Interested in developing project management and coordination skills
* Looking to gain local industry experience to start their career in IT project management
The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated Mentor and Placement Consultant to guide, coach and offer career advice throughout the internship placement.
