Finance Business Manager

The successful candidate will provide expert financial and performance management advice, guide strategic business planning, and support Activity Based Funding requirements. You will work closely with senior leaders to drive operational performance, manage budgeting and forecasting, oversee governance and compliance, and build strong relationships across clinical and corporate teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert financial and performance analysis to support informed decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and Activity Based Funding requirements.
* Deliver high-level business planning and governance support, ensuring effective internal controls, risk management, and compliance across the service line.
* Develop strong partnerships with clinical and corporate stakeholders, providing timely financial advice, reports, and recommendations to support operational and strategic priorities.
* Lead and coordinate procurement, contracts, funding submissions, and asset management activities, including the preparation of business cases and funding acquittals.

Requirements:
