**Job Title:** E-Commerce Coordinator
This is a key role that involves overseeing the management of our online store to drive digital growth through optimizing product listings, inventory management, and smart use of marketing tools.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing e-commerce platforms, with a strong understanding of product listings and inventory management. They should also be skilled in using marketing tools to drive sales and grow our online presence.
* Provide customer support via email, phone, and in-person to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Assist with uploading products, descriptions, and website content to maintain a professional online image.
* Handle invoices and orders using Xero accounting software.
* Support marketing efforts by creating daily social media posts on Meta and Google Ads.
* Work closely with the workshop team to coordinate sales, stock, and customer enquiries.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for cars, and experience in working in a fast-paced environment. They should also have knowledge of Magento and/or Xero accounting software.
