Our Support Team plays a critical role across our portfolio — stepping into multiple locations and environments, from concierge services in premium office tower lobbies to workplace reception and front‐of‐house roles. No two days are the same, and that's exactly what makes this role dynamic.
As a Workplace Concierge within our Support Team, you're not just filling a shift — you're delivering consistency, energy, and experience wherever you go.
What You'll Do
* Step into a variety of workplace environments across our portfolio, delivering a consistent, high‐quality experience
* Be the face of each workplace, welcoming clients, visitors, and employees with confidence and warmth
* Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, and events — ensuring everything is set, seamless, and on time
* Manage visitor arrivals and access, balancing experience with security and compliance
* Oversee shared inboxes and communications, responding professionally and efficiently
* Maintain meeting room standards and booking systems
* Support mail, deliveries, and day‐to‐day workplace logistics
* Carry out floor checks and light housekeeping to keep spaces presentation‐ready
* Provide light‐touch support across Security, Emergency procedures, and WHS requirements
* Step in during peak periods, supporting on‐site teams to maintain a consistent experience
What You'll Bring
* 2+ years in a customer‐facing role (hospitality, aviation, retail or similar)
* Experience across corporate, hotel, or premium service environments
* Confidence working across multiple sites and adapting quickly to new teams and spaces
* A polished, professional presence with a natural service mindset
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Tech‐savvy with the ability to manage workplace systems and communications
* Calm, proactive, and solutions‐focused under pressure
* A genuine hospitality mindset — reading the room and responding accordingly
* Professionalism and discretion in handling people and informationHigh presentation standards aligned to premium workplace environments
