About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Project Manager with a strong background in Oracle ERP solutions, including Oracle Fusion. You'll be leading critical projects, ensuring their success through effective governance, team leadership, and stakeholder management. The role will be based in Sydney, with an ASAP start for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage complex Oracle ERP implementation projects
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
* Manage project risks, issues, and change controls effectively
* Provide clear communication to both internal and external stakeholders
* Oversee project teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration
* Implement strong project governance and ensure compliance with standards
* Track and report on project progress, ensuring milestones are met
* Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years' experience in implementing complex Oracle ERP solutions
* At least 5 years working with Oracle Fusion implementations
* Strong stakeholder management experience across diverse teams
* Proven expertise in project governance and team management
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* A demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
* Ability to navigate complex project challenges with a solutions-driven mindset
