Overview
Program Leader required for a long-term contract to drive delivery outcomes in challenging, high-stakes federal government environments. The role involves leading delivery and governance for multi-stream projects, engaging with external and internal stakeholders, and interfacing with multiple vendor technical teams.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience working in a consultative and demanding senior project or program management role
* Experience in a client-facing capacity within multi-vendor environments
* Extensive, proven experience delivering multi-stream initiatives in large government entities
* Cyber and/or hybrid cloud project/program delivery experience is advantageous
* Understanding of enterprise transition to sustainment projects is advantageous
* Earned Value Management (EVM) deep-dive understanding is advantageous
* NV2 clearance minimum (upgrades available)
* Experience with managing scope within fixed-price settings is essential
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end delivery governance of mission-critical builds and transitions
* Own program progress and control reporting governance to relevant parties
* Identify risks and drive activities to mitigate them
* Manage and escalate issues and scope changes internally
* Coordinate extensively with customers, partners and internal stakeholders
* Liaise with vendors where appropriate
