We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to fill the role of Front Desk Coordinator. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide front-of-house reception services, including greeting clients and answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings, maintain rooms, and assist with IT setup as required.
* Organize refreshments for clients and assist with catering for meetings and events.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
* Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and well-presented at all times.
* Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry as needed.
* Assist with ordering office supplies and resources.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a front desk or reception role would be an advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic computer skills and knowledge of administrative software.
