We're partnering with a large Australian organisation currently delivering a major business transformation program and seeking a UAT Training Specialist to join the team in Brisbane.
The Role
This role is best suited to someone with strong UAT experience and exposure to change and business readiness activities. The focus is on coordinating and driving UAT across the business, while supporting stakeholder engagement, communications, and user readiness throughout delivery.
You'll work closely with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure testing is well managed, users are engaged and outcomes are successfully adopted.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and support end-to-end UAT activities across business teams
* Work with stakeholders to prepare test plans, scenarios, and schedules
* Facilitate stakeholder engagement and support business readiness activities
* Assist with project communications, training materials, and user support
* Track testing progress, risks, and feedback throughout delivery
* Collaborate with project and technical teams to support successful implementation
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience managing or coordinating UAT within project or transformation environments
* Exposure to change, communications, or business readiness activities
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to work across complex business environments and manage competing priorities
* Experience within enterprise or PMO-style environments will be highly regarded
