What’s the role?
This is a key role within the Business Lending Product Management team, where you will help shape the future of Business Overdrafts and other Working Capital Solutions, delivering valuable outcomes for our business customers. It’s a great opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst or Relationship Manager with lending experience to step into product management and grow their career in a dynamic, strategic environment.
Reporting to the Portfolio Owner, you’ll use your understanding of customer needs and pain points to support strategic business objectives and improve our lending products. You’ll work closely with teams across Marketing, Distribution, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to deliver product initiatives, support day-to-day operations, manage risk, and maintain compliance. You’ll help analyse customer feedback and data to identify opportunities, action rate changes, contribute to reviews and meetings, and ensure accurate product materials across all channels.
What do I need?
* Experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Relationship Manager, or Operations Team Manager with lending experience, and a desire to step into product management
* An understanding of business or lending products
* Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude
* Willingness to learn and collaborate with different teams
* Good communication and problem-solving abilities
* Comfort working with data and tools like Excel or reporting platforms
