Responsibilities
* Day to day administrative tasks assisting our busy off-the-plan apartment sales conveyancing team.
* Maintaining and updating internal and client databases with accurate contract information.
* Assisting with the preparation of and issuing standard form sale contracts and agency agreements.
* Investing deposits and collating purchaser information from counterparties.
* Direct client liaison and real time reporting.
* Assisting with settlement preparation.
Qualifications
* 1-2 years' experience in an administration or paralegal role.
* Available to work full time.
* Previous experience ideally in a skilled services environment (highly desirable).
* Excellent client service.
* High attention to detail.
* Exceptional communication skills, including interpersonal and written skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, respond promptly and effectively to clients.
* Knowledge and experience with Microsoft products and document management systems like Salesforce and iManage.
