We are seeking a motivated and reliable Parks & Gardens Apprentice to join our teams. Sanctuary Lakes Resort and All Green Garden & Nursery Supplies have formed a partnership aimed at providing opportunities to support career development within their industries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in horticulture, landscaping, and outdoor maintenance while completing a nationally recognised qualification.
About the Role
As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands‐on experience in the following areas.
* Garden and turf maintenance
* Planting, pruning, mulching, and weeding
* Lawn care and irrigation
* Use and maintenance of landscaping tools and equipment
* Safe work practices and site presentation
* General parks and garden maintenance across residential, commercial, and public spaces
What We're Looking For
* Hardworking, punctual, and eager to learn
* Able to work as part of a team
* Physically fit and prepared for manual work
* Committed to completing a horticulture apprenticeship
* Holder of a driver's licence (preferred but not essential – must be able to travel between Sanctuary Lakes, Hoppers Crossing and Geelong East)
