* Casual Position - $45.08 per hour (including Casual Loading)

About the Role
The City is seeking motivated & passionate Activity Assistants (Sports Coaches) with expertise in coaching a variety of sports and delivering school holiday programs to children aged 2 to 14 years of age. We are looking for individuals with experience in the below sports / activities:
* Tots Sport / Kindy Gym (2 – 4 years old program)
* Futsal (soccer)
* Netball
* Volleyball
* NEW PROGRAMS – any activity that YOU feel can add excitement to our current program offering
The position is located at Kingsway indoor Stadium and the successful applicant will be working in the afternoon in the school term coaching our junior clinics and throughout the day during our highly popular school holiday period.

About You
As a collaborative member of the Kingsway team, the position is accountable for delivering a high standard of leisure programs & coaching that ultimately contribute to the overall growth of the programs portfolio. The successful individual will be responsible for:
* Developing and delivering sports clinics or leisure activities of a high standard to children aged 2-14 years;
* Communicating with work colleagues in relation to program delivery and growth requirements;
* Encouraging participation with customers and participants;
* Researching new ideas and resources to improve growth and delivery of programs; and
* Contributes to fostering a positive team culture
