The Role
* Manage and support a portfolio of SME clients across tax, compliance and advisory
* Provide proactive business advice including forecasting, cash‐flow and structuring
* Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
* Work closely with experienced Partners and senior team members
* Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment
About You
* 3-5+ years' experience in Australian public practice
* CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion
* Strong technical skills across tax and business services
* Confident communicator who enjoys client interaction
* Proactive, organised and motivated to grow into a senior role
