What You'll Do
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, both remotely and in person through recurring engagements.
* Collaborating with peers in technical and client‐facing teams to achieve successful outcomes for the customer.
* Reviewing, assessing, and presenting service delivery reporting, ensuring key SLAs and deliverables are met, or providing suggestions for improvement.
* Serving as an escalation and contact point for customers, removing roadblocks, and addressing technical and non‐technical queries promptly.
* Championship of issue and task outcomes through application of core ITIL principles and guidelines.
What You'll Bring
* Passion for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrated through empathy and understanding from all perspectives, including peers and customers.
* Secondary education experience is desirable.
* Experience as an Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Service Delivery Manager, IT Manager, or similar role.
* Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C‐level.
* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
* Strong technical understanding, or ability to quickly learn technological products and services.
* Ability to translate technical jargon into layman's terms for customers.
