Experienced Commercial Pool Technician – POOL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We're looking for a full-time Commercial Pool Service Technician to join our Buderim, Sunshine Coast-based team and help keep Sunshine Coast's pools looking crystal clear. You'll be on the road five days a week, servicing everything commercial (Hotel's, Swim Centres, Strata Complexes and more!)

Whether you're already in the trade or just a practical legend who learns quickly, this role is perfect for someone who wants to work with their hands, chat with customers, and enjoy being outdoors.
What You'll Be Doing (aka: Stuff You'll Get Paid For)
- Have the ability to manage a team of commercial pool technicians as the business grows
- Servicing commercial pools across Sunshine Coast
- Testing and balancing water with our easy-to-use gear
- Troubleshooting equipment and swapping out faulty parts
- Installing current pool gear like pumps, filters, and chlorinators
- Keeping detailed notes and job records
- Helping with pool product sales and gear upgrades
What You'll Need to Bring
- MUST HAVE SOLID COMMERCIAL POOL EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1-2 years of commercial pool experience required
- A valid Aussie driver's licence (manual is a big plus!)
- Solid English communication skills – verbal and written
- A bit of initiative and the ability to work independently
- Physical fitness and a willingness to get your hands dirty
- Must have valid Australian work rights through citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa
