We're looking for a Marketing Manager to drive how u&u shows up in market, building a brand that's bold, distinctive and constantly evolving. You'll work across social, content, campaigns, events and internal brand activity, bringing ideas to life quickly and consistently. It's hands-on, fast-moving and highly visible work, where strong execution is what drives impact. Reporting to the CEO, you'll be responsible for elevating the u&u brand, strengthening its presence in market and driving creative campaigns. What You'll Own National marketing and brand strategy; Social media and content across u&u and consultant brands, with a Digital Content Manager reporting into you; Digital campaigns, content marketing and brand storytelling; Creation of proposals, pitch collateral and partnership microsites; Employer brand, talent attraction and community engagement initiatives; Industry events, partnerships and in-person brand experiences; Internal communications, culture initiatives and branded touchpoints; Merchandise, candidate / client care campaigns and post-placement experiences; Marketing analytics, reporting and continuous improvement; and Exploring new ideas, tools and AI-driven opportunities to enhance engagement and efficiency. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field; Broad marketing experience across brand, digital, content and campaign execution; Strong capability in social media, content creation and digital marketing tools including Canva, CMS and EDM platforms; Confident independently developing and executing ideas that build engagement and traction; Commercially minded communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business; Leadership experience with the ability to mentor, support and develop team members; and High-energy, hands-on marketer passionate about building brands, communities and experiences.
