The Nurse Educator role, through advanced practice, designs, delivers and evaluates education for Retrieval Services Queensland staff in conjunction with other members of the Education team, within a multidisciplinary environment. This is a permanent part-time opportunity (64 hours per fortnight).What you'll doAs the Nurse Educator, you will be accountable for the development, implementation, and evaluation of high-quality educational products that align with best clinical and educational practices. You will participate, collaborate, and lead initiatives that foster a strong culture of education, learning, and workforce development, while promoting the effective use of telehealth technologies in both care delivery and educational activities. In this role, you will support staff to identify opportunities for process improvement within local environments to enhance clinical outcomes and workforce capability, and provide mentorship and professional leadership across the RSQ team. You will also play an active role in research and continuous improvement by driving educational evaluation and contributing to research initiatives. As a Nurse Educator, you will assess learning needs and design, implement, and evaluate contemporary, evidence-based educational strategies, while leading and coordinating programs that build expertise and capability across the RSQ workforce.
