Key Responsibilities
* Deliver comprehensive nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
* Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams across NSW and Queensland.
* Support care coordination to enhance patient outcomes and continuity of care.
* Assist in organising and coordinating visiting healthcare and allied health services.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
* Contribute to efficient clinic operations, including administrative and appointment management tasks.
About You
* Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage respectfully with diverse communities.
* Proven organisational and time management abilities.
* Experience in, or willingness to undertake, administrative responsibilities within a clinical setting.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a small, multidisciplinary team.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to rural and remote healthcare delivery.
