About the Opportunity
An established community-focused organisation is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering youth mental health and wellbeing services across the Gold Coast region. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical operations, supporting a team of health professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving positive outcomes for young people accessing support services.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership, supervision, and support to a multidisciplinary clinical team
* Ensure quality service delivery and compliance with relevant clinical governance frameworks
* Support the coordination of care for young people with complex needs
* Foster strong relationships with community stakeholders and referral partners
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote evidence-based practice
* Monitor service performance, reporting requirements, and operational outcomes

About You
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or a related discipline
* Current professional registration where applicable
* Demonstrated leadership experience within mental health, community services, or allied health settings
* Strong understanding of clinical governance, evidence-based practice, and multidisciplinary service delivery
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and people management skills
* Current Driver\'s Licence and ability to obtain required screening clearances
