* Welcoming patients, collecting and entering personal details
* Answering telephone calls and responding to enquiries
* Entering and processing patient billing and balancing daily banking transactions
* Maintaining and managing patient information securely
Key Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
* Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
