About the role
We're looking for an engineer (or graduate engineer) with strong technical knowledge and a practical interest in structural and civil design. You'll review architectural drawings, assist with structural design, manage procurement of steel components, and support the running of both minor and major projects across carpentry, civil works, and steel fabrication.

You'll bring technical knowledge to our design, fabrication, construction, and administration teams. You'll work directly on real projects with genuine technical responsibility—engaging in drawing review, design assistance, supplier coordination, and administrative support. You'll work alongside experienced engineers and skilled teams on complex structural problems and see your decisions implemented on-site.
Key responsibilities
* Review architectural drawings and coordinate with design teams
* Assist with structural design for carpentry, civil works, and steel fabrication projects
* Procure steel components and coordinate with suppliers
* Support major structural projects from design through to delivery
* Work closely with design, fabrication, construction, and administration teams
* Liaise with architects, builders, and clients on technical matters
* Contribute to design development and problem-solving on-site
* Prepare documentation and coordinate with relevant authorities
What we're looking for
* Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
* Strong technical knowledge of structural principles and design practices
* Interest in cross-disciplinary problem-solving—structural, civil, and mechanical systems
* Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
* Practical hands-on approach with willingness to work on-site
* Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with trades and clients
