We're seeking a highly organised and detail-focused professional to manage our administration, bookings, invoices and staff rosters.

As an ideal candidate, you'll have a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager. You'll be super-organised, able to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities include:

* Managing administrative tasks, bookings and invoices
* Supporting event logistics and collaborating with the management team

You'll need to be a friendly, reliable and strong communicator with confidence in using Google Workspace, basic Xero functions, HR platforms and AI tools.

Key qualities for this role include:
