The Role: Manage a mixed-use portfolio of approximately 200 properties, including residential, retail, hospitality, industrial, and office spaces Liaise effectively with landlords and tenants to maintain strong relationships Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections Oversee arrears management and coordinate property maintenance Attend NCAT hearings as required The Candidate: Experience or exposure in commercial property management is highly desirable; however, we’re also open to residential Property Managers who are genuinely interested in transitioning into the commercial sector!
