ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Associate in Marketing at Future Forward Australia, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives to drive meaningful change. You will be responsible for conducting market research, creating engaging content for social media, drafting email communications and website content, and assisting with SEO optimization. By collaborating with our marketing team, you’ll contribute to building strategies that amplify FFA’s mission, raise awareness, and foster connections within the youth-led movement for a brighter future.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conduct market research to analyse trends, peer groups, current politics, policies, consumer behaviours
* Create content for social media platforms
* Drafting EDM (Database email communications), Website content, advertisements
* Assist with SEO optimisation
* Report and monitor marketing performance
* Participate in idea generation sessions to enhance marketing strategies
REPORTING & COLLABORATION
* Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer (or designated executive leader).
* Communications/Marketing Teams: Developing partnership marketing collateral and messaging.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
* A passion for youth-led movements and social change.
* Experience or an interest in marketing, communications, or social media.
* Familiarity with market research methods and tools.
* Basic understanding of SEO practices.
* Ability to write clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
* An interest in the key pillars of FFA: climate change, economic prosperity, education, health, and equity & inclusion.
