1300SMILES Strathpine is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Casual Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our welcoming team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, loves helping people, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and customer service. In this dual-role position, you'll play an important part in supporting both our clinical and front office teams to ensure our patients have a seamless and positive experience.
As a Casual Dental Assistant / Receptionist, no two days will be the same. You'll assist clinicians during procedures while also helping manage front desk operations and patient interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and sterilising instruments and treatment rooms
* Providing exceptional patient care and support
* Greeting patients and creating a welcoming environment
* Managing appointments and patient enquiries
* Handling patient records and administrative tasks
* Supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice
* Previous dental experience is highly regarded but not essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive, team-focused attitude
* Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities
* Passionate about patient care and customer service
* Willingness to learn and grow within the dental industry
