We're partnering with a highly regarded Tier 2 builder to appoint an experienced Finishes Foreman to join the team on a major $100M Class 2 residential apartment project in Lane Cove, NSW.
About the Role
You'll take ownership of the finishes stage across a large-scale residential apartment development, ensuring all trades, quality standards, and programme milestones are delivered to a high standard.
Working closely with the Site Manager and project team, you'll play a key role in driving programme, defect minimisation, and subcontractor coordination through the final stages of delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate all finishes trades onsite
* Drive programme and ensure key milestones are achieved
* Monitor workmanship and maintain high-quality finishes throughout the project
* Coordinate defect inspections and rectification works
* Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and site procedures
* Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and the internal project team
* Assist with commissioning, practical completion, and handover processes
* Maintain strong site presentation and daily coordination of works
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on Class 2 residential apartment projects
* Experience delivering medium to high-rise residential developments
* Strong understanding of finishes sequencing and defect management
* Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme outcomes
* Strong eye for detail and quality workmanship
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* A proactive and hands‐on approach onsite
