Group Finance Director
This is a senior finance leadership role sitting close to the Group CFO, with responsibility for how financial performance is managed across corporate functions (HR, IT, Legal, etc.).
The position combines two key areas:
* Business partnering to senior functional leaders
* Improving how finance operates at a group level
You’ll be expected to bring structure, challenge, and clarity - not just reporting.
What you’ll focus on
* Lead planning cycles (budget, forecast, long-range planning) across group functions
* Partner with senior stakeholders on cost, investment, and performance
* Provide clear financial insight to support decision-making
* Identify and drive cost efficiency opportunities
* Improve consistency and quality of financial reporting
