* OML Studios: Developing and producing original long-form content for television and streaming platforms with over 35+ shows and 75+ comedy specials across Amazon Prime, Netflix, MTV, Jio Hotstar and more. Also producing branded content for agencies and brand
Key Responsibilities:
Content Calendar & Operational Planning:
Manage Content Cadence: Strictly follow and manage the release schedule to ensure consistent \"cadence presence\" on the platform. You will ensure videos go live at the exact optimal times for our specific audience.
Asset Coordination: Organize video files, thumbnails, and captions in advance to ensure a smooth, stress‐free publishing workflow.
Channel Optimization & Technical Execution:
Upload Management: Handle the complete uploading process for all long‐form Vlogs and YouTube Shorts.
Advanced SEO & Metadata: Implement efficient meta tags, descriptions, hashtags, and end‐screens to ensure content is discoverable.
A/B Testing: Lead the charge on A/B testing Titles and Thumbnails. You will monitor performance in real‐time (especially the first 24 hours) and swap assets to maximize Click‐Through Rate (CTR).
Trend Observation:
Monitor Audience Behavior: You will identify what formats, topics, or editing styles are currently working on YouTube and flag them to the production team.
Viral Awareness: Keep a close watch on trending audio for Shorts and viral challenges that fit the family/celebrity brand.
Community Management & Analytics:
Audience Lifecycle: This involves active comment moderation, pinning comments, and fostering a loyal fanbase.
Traffic Drivers: Use Community Tab posts and Stories to drive traffic to new uploads and keep the audience engaged between releases.
Monthly Reporting: Deliver regular reports analyzing CTR, Retention, and Subscriber Growth, and other success metrics providing actionable takeaways.
Qualifications:
* Experience: 2–4+ years of hands‐on experience uploading and managing YouTube channels.
* Bonus/Add‐on: Prior experience in artist management is a significant plus.
* Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of YouTube Studio backend. Familiarity with tools like TubeBuddy or VidIQ for tag optimization and A/B testing is essential.
* Data Literacy: Ability to look at a retention graph, understand where viewers dropped off, and explain why.
* Platform Knowledge & Expertise: Up‐to‐date knowledge of YouTube's algorithm, copyright policies, and community guidelines.
* Organization Capabilities: Ability to manage assets, deadlines, and schedules without micromanagement.
