We’re looking for an Agency Partner to join Snap on a 12-month fixed-term contract reporting to the Head of Agency Australia. Working from our Sydney office, you’ll need relevant sales expertise, strong presentation and people skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape. You will have a creative mindset and a detail-oriented approach to developing streamlined processes and ensuring proper controls are in place. You will also play a key role in building and growing long-term business partnerships across internal teams, supporting the Agency Team, and delivering against large commercial agreements.


What you’ll do

* Identify and onboard new advertisers within our Big 4 agency partners, expanding Snapchat’s footprint by uncovering high-potential opportunities yet to be identified.
* Drive activation of dormant accounts and convert un-activated advertisers from your identified book of business to maximize revenue and platform adoption.
* Prioritize and convert new business opportunities by providing strategic digital solutions tailored to meet unique client and agency goals.
* Contribute to the financial performance of Australian Agencies by ensuring all annual and quarterly partnership targets are consistently met.
* Develop and deliver high-impact programming, including scaled education sessions, roadshows, and workshops across media, digital, and strategic planning disciplines.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders at both the client and agency levels, serving as a primary point of contact for Australian partners.
* Deeply understand agency business models to develop and position appropriate Snapchat solutions addressing their specific needs.
* Partner with Snapchat’s local and global Agency Partners to support the delivery of large-scale commercial agreements and upfront commitments.
* Contribute to Sales meetings and Business Reviews to track performance and ensure the success of commercial agreements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute priorities that maximize the value of Snapchat’s advertiser solutions in the Australian market.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

* Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally
* Understanding of Snapchat value proposition and the ability to explain technical ideas in plain language
* Experience working in matrix organizations with the ability to win support from key internal stakeholders
* Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing setting
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Some interstate travel may be required for client meetings, external conferences, and internal events


Minimum Qualifications

* BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
* 4+ years of marketing, brand advertising, agency, media sales, and/or online advertising experience leading businesses or accounts
* Experience working with account contacts and growing revenue through relationship development


Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in sales and marketing in a sales/commission-based role to advertising agencies
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization to improve internal processes
* Experience in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
* Direct agency management experience
