Purpose
This role is responsible for managing key financial transactions related to sales and cost of sales within the Store Network business, ensuring completeness and accuracy in financial records.
Day to Day Responsibilities
* Supporting the Travel Associates advisor network with financial queries and guidance
* Monitoring and helping mitigate financial risks across the business
* Assisting with exception handling for automated processes related to sales and cost of sales transactions
* Performing reconciliations (including bank and third‐party statements)
* Processing internal charges
* Reviewing and managing at‐risk items such as outstanding cash, audit ledgers, debit ledgers, and unreconciled transactions
* Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency across finance workflows
* Assisting with special projects, including system implementations and process improvements
* Responding to finance‐related queries from front‐end operations within agreed SLAs (with support from Accountants)
* Ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial system requirements
Qualifications
* Currently studying towards (or have recently completed) a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a similar discipline
* Experience working with Excel; experience with Client, Helio, or Power BI is a bonus
* Strong attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn
* Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‐paced, changing environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
* Enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to shared goals
