About You
* Diploma Qualified (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Confident leading a team and supporting educators
* Passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences
* Strong understanding of the EYLF, National Quality Standards & Regulations
* Warm, nurturing, reliable and enthusiastic
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
