About The Role
* Leads Agency sales delivery for the Adelaide market within ARN's Total Audio Sales structure.
* Accountable for delivering agreed revenue targets across linear and digital audio products.
* Manages and coaches Client partners to drive consistent sales execution and performance.
* Operates in a performance‐driven environment requiring strong leadership, forecasting discipline and commercial judgment.
* Deliver assigned Agency revenue budgets and share targets for the Adelaide market whilst building strong senior relationships with agencies and key industry stakeholders.
About You
* Strong commercial leadership and people management capability within media, audio or agency environments.
* Clear, confident communicator with strong presentation skills and proven agency experience.
* High financial and forecasting acumen in complex, target‐driven commercial environments.
* Experience operating in complex, target‐driven commercial environments.
