Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager at Mount Ashby Estate, located in Moss Vale, NSW. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including managing the financial performance of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and service, and handling budgeting and hiring. The role also involves implementing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and high standards of food quality and service.
Qualifications
* Previous experiencd in business management
* Wine cellar experience or wine knowledge
* Ability to grow a team and develop their skills
* Previous event management
* Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in the restaurant industry
