Role Overview
As a Supply Chain Manager at Babcock, you will play a key role in building and managing supply chain capability across a complex and fast-growing international environment. You will lead the development of local sourcing, procurement and logistics strategies, ensuring that supply chain activities support programme delivery, operational performance and long-term growth.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver supply chain strategies aligned to business growth and operational needs.
* Manage supplier identification, onboarding and performance across goods and services.
* Lead sourcing activities including requests for quotation, negotiations and award recommendations.
* Coordinate logistics, warehousing, customs processes and material flow.
* Collaborate with engineering, delivery and commercial teams to support bid and execution planning.
Essential Experience
* Experience in supply chain, procurement or logistics leadership roles.
* Managing supplier relationships, performance and qualification processes.
* Leading sourcing activities and negotiations within structured procurement environments.
* Experience within industrial sectors such as defence, maritime, engineering or manufacturing.
* Knowledge of local supply markets, logistics and import or export considerations.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, Logistics or a related discipline.
* Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
