Job Description
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our Pre-Contracts Coordination team, working closely with the Definitions Manager and Leads to ensure seamless contract operations. This exciting opportunity is based in Adelaide, South Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate all incoming and outgoing pre-contracts correspondence, maintaining effective communication channels.
* Prepare, collate, and present Target Outturn Cost (TOC) submissions to SA Water and the Program Management Committee (PMC).
* Create, maintain, and continually improve documentation templates and submission materials to support consistent and professional outputs.
* Manage and update development registers, submission folders, and document control systems, including Aconex and SharePoint.
* Take clear and accurate minutes during meetings and workshops, ensuring timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
* Track submission deadlines and proactively follow up with key personnel to ensure timely delivery.
* Support the Definitions Manager with calendar management, reporting, and other administrative or coordination tasks.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Contracts Coordinator with:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Industry experience in building/engineering/infrastructure-related projects (desirable).
* Demonstrated experience in contract and office coordination.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to draft and review emails.
