The Role
We are inviting applications for a full‐time ICT Technician to start immediately. The successful applicant will enjoy helping others, can use ICT confidently (especially Microsoft technologies), and can adapt to learning new technologies through continual professional development. You will be the first point of contact for ICT enquiries during school hours and assist with setup, maintenance, and other duties during the school holidays.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage walk‐ins and general inquiries from students, staff, and parents
* Provision new devices and create accounts for students and staff
* Provide help desk/service desk support
* Replace broken components and assist with audio‐visual faults
* Perform admin tasks related to IT support (e.g., vendor engagement, hardware procurement)
* Configure, maintain and support Microsoft Windows computer hardware, software, peripherals, and network devices
* Conduct end‐user education and training
* Manage IT assets

* Successful experience in maintaining ICT and learning technologies
* A can‐do attitude to solving technology problems
* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environments
* Well‐developed communication and interpersonal skills
* Creative problem‐solving abilities for troubleshooting ICT issues
* Relevant IT qualifications and knowledge
* Outstanding phone etiquette and a high level of customer service
* Enthusiasm for learning and growing with the business
* Support for the ethos and values of the Uniting Church tradition
* Commitment to confidentiality and integrity
Applicants must have the right to work in Australia and possess a Working with Children Check and a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
