We are currently seeking an experienced TSF (Tailings Storage Facility) Mining Superintendent to join our client's operational team on a FIFO 8/6 roster from Perth.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for leading and coordinating all TSF construction and operations, ensuring compliance with design, safety and environmental requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with proven experience in tailings or large-scale civil earthworks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily TSF operations including dam construction, embankment raises, and water management.
Lead and mentor supervisors and crews to achieve project and safety targets.
Oversee QA/QC compliance, scheduling and resource allocation.
Liaise with engineers, consultants and client representatives.
Skills & Experience
10+ years in a Superintendent or Senior Supervisor role within TSF or civil mining.
Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.
Sound understanding of dam construction, QA/QC and geotechnical principles.
Relevant qualifications in Civil or Mining Engineering (preferred).
Current WA "C" Class Driver's Licence.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin - (Preferred)
Fit Test - Required to be clean shaven
