Head of Distribution
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced distribution leader to join a well-established financial services business in a senior national growth role. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead distribution strategy, develop a high-performing BDM function, and drive market expansion across the financial advice and stockbroking landscape.

About You
* Proven experience in distribution leadership, business development, or relationship management within wealth, superannuation, platforms, or financial services.
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving growth results.
* Comfortable leading people, setting direction, and driving accountability.
* Well-connected across the financial advice and/or stockbroking market.
