Salary: $70,000 to $80,000
We are seeking qualified, experienced, passionate and driven cooks to join our Kitchen Team of our expanding venues over multiple locations in Regional NSW. With a quality driven team working closely with farmers, producers and artisan crafters, we select some of our region’s best ingredients to celebrate the abundance of beautiful produce regional NSW has to offer.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food in accordance with set requirements and regulations.
Work with other staff members to deliver food in a rapid-paced setting.

Qualifications
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
Experience
At least 3 years commercial cooking experience at a Commis or Demi level.
Proven experience working in the hospitality industry.
Relevant experience in a similar role.
