We’re the digital marketing, creative and development team behind 30 of Australia’s best outdoors brands - brands with big reach, loyal fans, and communities that love the outdoors as much as we do.We’re on the hunt for a full-time Social Media Manager to help lead the charge across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond—working end-to-end across strategy, content planning, creator engagement, and community building. You’ll be the digital voice of brands in spearfishing, 4x4, camping, fishing and more.What you'll doYou’ll own the social strategy and execution for our outdoors brands, acting as their go-to digital voice. You’ll plan and brief content, engage with creators and ambassadors, write copy that doesn’t sound like a bot, and deliver meaningful growth—not vanity metrics.No two days are the same, but your week might look like:Owning the content calendar and campaign rollout for brands you actually like working onBriefing video, design, or UGC content that makes people stop scrollingManaging community and DMs across multiple social platformsWorking closely with our performance team to align organic and paid campaignsPartnering with ambassadors, creators and influencersAnalysing what’s working (and what’s not)Bringing fresh ideas to the team and building out what’s next - whether that’s reels, series content, or something new entirelyWho you are:You’ve got 3+ years experience in social media marketingYou’ve run social calendars end-to-end—from strategy to scheduling to reportingYou like building communities - from writing copy, briefing in creatives, and thinking about what will perform (not just posting and ghosting)You get how social ladders up to business goalsYou live and breathe the outdoors, or at the very least, appreciate the passion of a community that doesYou love working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment with other people who care about what they doWho we are:At Devote Digital, we work differently.
