Responsibilities
* Work full-time, on-site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7‐day trade shift.
* Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email for our customers.
* Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets selling the whole holiday including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more.
* Build a customer base of new and returning customers from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays.
* Assist customers with travel‐related questions including visas, best time to travel, packing, dining, and more.
* Earn a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure where you receive a percentage of every sale.
Qualifications
* Seasoned traveller with a history of international destinations.
* Great organisational skills, able to take notes, manage calendar and respond quickly to calls and emails.
* Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs while balancing workload in a high‐pressure environment.
* Enthusiasm, passion and a warmth that encourages customers to book with you.
* Computers savviness, ready to toggle between complex systems to find optimal flight and package options.
