As a Field Visual Merchandiser you will translate our brand vision into creative merchandising strategies, leading and driving the visual merchandising direction of the PETER ALEXANDER brand in multiple stores across Victoria.
Your region will consist of 6 stores across the Western Suburbs, including Geelong and Ballarat.
In addition to these technical components of the role, you will also collaborate with the Victorian state leadership team to ensure we provide a visual experience that excites and engages our customers, and will coach and mentor store teams in visual merchandising standards and direction.
Reporting to the Senior Visual Merchandiser / Training Manager for PETER ALEXANDER, you will be responsible for:
* Ensuring creative direction is aligned with product and marketing direction across your region of stores in Victoria.
* Developing and maintaining relationships within a small team and key stakeholders to achieve cutting‐edge creative outcomes.
* Leading, coaching, influencing and mentoring management and staff to meet high merchandising standards.
To be considered successful, you will have proven management experience, be commercially aware, and have the ability to lead and develop a team to success. Multi‐site management and prior visual merchandising experience is highly desirable.
Strong people‐leadership skills and a passion to help drive the business forward are essential.
Excellent people skills, strong working relationships with all levels, and impeccable time‐management and organisational skills are key to the success of this role.
This is a permanent full‐time field‐based Visual Merchandising position available now. The roster will be primarily Monday to Friday with frequent 7AM starts required.
