EL2 equivalent Hybrid Must be able to obtain Baseline Essential criteria 1. Actively build relationships and trust and communicate with leaders and team members, to train and mentor them in the set-up and maintenance of Scrum principles, frameworks, and ceremonies, including specific role-based requirements, e.g., product ownership and scrum mastery. 2. Guide scrum teams in hybrid locations to become self-organised, high-performing and outcomes-driven with the ability to manage risk and issues actively. 3. Collaborate closely with other team leaders and scrum team members to share learnings across scrum teams, find solutions to problems and support agile transformation efforts. 4. Drive the effective use of agile tools such as DevOps to capture development information to support reporting and governance requirements beyond the scrum teams. 5. Work with large groups in hybrid locations – facilitating requirements gathering workshops, planning sessions etc, but also 1:1 coaching session to support detailed learnings.
