About the Role
We are looking for an experienced People Operations Leader to join our People & Capability team in Adelaide. This key leadership role is responsible for leading and optimising end‐to‐end people operations, ensuring efficient, compliant and high‐quality delivery across recruitment, HR services, systems and data. The role leads teams across People Services, HRIS and People Data & Reporting, and works closely with Recruitment and People Partners to ensure seamless delivery across the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
* Lead the People Operations function, ensuring efficient, consistent service delivery.
* Oversee recruitment operations and onboarding, driving process efficiency.
* Manage HR services and administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Lead HRIS strategy and system optimisation, working closely with IT and vendors.
* Oversee people data, analytics and reporting, enabling better decision‐making.
* Ensure strong compliance, governance and data integrity across all HR processes.
* Drive continuous improvement across systems, workflows and service delivery.
Skills and Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in HR Operations, Shared Services or People Operations leadership roles in a complex enterprise‐level organisation.
* Strong background in HR systems (HRIS), reporting and process optimisation.
* Experience leading high‐volume or complex HR service environments.
* Strong understanding of compliance, governance and employment legislation.
* Ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency at scale.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
