What You'll Be Doing
Manage a diverse portfolio of properties and be the go-to contact for owners, tenants, and contractors
Deliver a standout customer experience and foster long-term client relationships
Provide interpretations of bylaws and strata legislation to stakeholders
Address correspondence from owners, tenants and contractors
Collaborate with Repairs & Maintenance to coordinate quotes and work orders
Prepare and facilitate AGMs, EGMs and Committee Meetings – agendas, budgets, minutes
Manage client retention and oversee complaints, providing guidance
Oversee financials and ensure compliance across the portfolio
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation
What You'll Bring
Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
Relevant State licensing (if required)
Solid knowledge of strata/body corporate legislation and best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
Collaborative, empathetic mindset and passion for helping others grow
Proactive, solutions-focused approach and desire to keep learning
