What does the job look like?
Working within our Murarrie branch and reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the dispatch operations for the afternoon shift. This hands‐on leadership role will see you supervising a team, driving service excellence, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. Key areas include:
* Lead and support the dispatch team, including rostering and staff allocation
* Supervise and coordinate daily dispatch activities to ensure the secure, accurate, and timely movement of cash and valuables
* Manage time and competing priorities to ensure smooth operations and deadlines are consistently met
* Work closely with the logistics team to maintain a high standard of customer service
* Maintain customer service levels to meet delivery and service deadlines
* Support safety by driving WH&S initiatives across the team
* Ensure strict adherence to all security protocols, health and safety regulations, and company policies
