Temporary Property Manager – Fremantle area
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Temporary Property Manager to join a friendly and professional team based in Fremantle. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing a portfolio from end to end while being supported by a collaborative and down-to-earth team culture.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
* Managing a residential portfolio end to end
* Conducting routine inspections and final bonds
* Handling maintenance requests and repairs
* Leasing coordination and tenant communication
* Arrears management
* Building strong relationships with owners, tenants and contractors
* Ensuring compliance with WA tenancy legislation
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous Property Management experience
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities
* A positive and team-focused attitude
* Current WA Property Management registration
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
