About the role
Be part of something new in our beautifully designed West Croydon workplace café. With a completely new modern kitchen, quality equipment, and a welcoming atmosphere. Our café serves barista‐made coffee, fresh breakfast and lunch options, daily specials, and plenty of smiles for our people.
We're looking for a Café All‐rounder who enjoys delivering great customer experiences and thrives in a fast‐paced café environment. In this role, you'll:
* Provide friendly, professional service to our RAA customers
* Prepare and serve a range of food and beverages, including coffee and hot drinks
* Assist with food preparation and presentation
* Operate the Point‐of‐Sales (POS) system and process customer transactions
* Assist chef with food service
* Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming café environment
* Follow RAA's food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
About you
You're upbeat, reliable and love the hustle of a busy café, without the late nights! You'll bring:
* Experience in a café, hospitality or customer service environment
* Confidence preparing coffee and other beverages
* A genuine customer‐first approach and excellent communication skills
* Knowledge of basic food preparation and food safety practices
* Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to assist wherever needed
