Position: Customer Service Officer

About the Role
Australian Audiology is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to provide exceptional front-of-house support across our Tweed heads and Runaway Bay clinics.
This is a multi-site position requiring regular travel between clinics. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our clinics while delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
* Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and rescheduling.
* Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries.
* Process payments, invoices, and related administrative tasks.
* Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
* Support clinicians with administrative and operational requirements.
* Assist with hearing aid orders, stock management, and clinic supplies.
* Ensure reception and waiting areas are presented to a high standard.
* Work collaboratively with clinic teams across multiple locations.
Essential Requirements
* Previous customer service and/or administration experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
* Ability to work independently and adapt to different clinic environments.
* Must have access to a reliable vehicle.
* Must have valid working rights and eligibility to work in Australia
* Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation.
Desirable
* Previous experience in a healthcare, medical, allied health, or audiology environment.
* Experience using appointment booking or patient management systems.
