Contract Administrator
to support a growing pipeline of infrastructure projects across
South-East Queensland
and regional areas.
This is a pivotal role within a dynamic, high-performing team, offering long-term stability, strong career development, and the chance to make a meaningful impact across diverse civil projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Draft and prepare scopes of work and tender packages
* Support contract negotiations and manage subcontract departures
* Maintain subcontractor registers and accurately forecast costs
* Identify and manage commercial and contractual risks
* Ensure compliance with the Building Code and company standards
Our Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in civil construction
* Strong capability in managing commercial claims and variations
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Previous experience with or within subcontractor organisations highly regarded
